Bonfire Night ****CANCELLED****
BEAUMARIS BONFIRE & FIREWORKS DISPLAY CANCELLED
It is with regret that Beaumaris Bonfire Committee has had to cancel its annual spectacular Fireworks Display this year.
The decision is due to a number of reasons beyond its control including Beaumaris Pier being closed to the public for refurbishment, roadworks and also a high tide resulting in insufficient beach to lay and light a bonfire safely.
Beaumaris Bonfire Committee regrets having to make this decision but wants to inform visitors that Beaumaris Bonfire and Firework Display will return to normal in 2012.

Beaumaris Victorian Christmas
This years Beaumaris Victorian Evening will be held on Saturday the 26th of November. The day will begin at 3:00pm with charity and craft stalls opening around town. Entertainment will be provided throughout the afternoon with costumed Victorian performers roaming the streets, a Punch and Judy show, a clairvoyant, choirs, face painting as well as an appearance from Father Christmas himself! Why not wander amongst the falling snow and twinkling lights with warm mulled wine, roasted chestnuts and get your Christmas shopping done while soaking up the yuletide atmosphere.
This year we are hoping to make the parade bigger and better than ever - but we need YOUR help! We would love you to make or bring a lantern and illuminate the procession, making it truly spectacular. If you would like to take part in our lantern making workshop for children and adults alike in preparation for the parade, please contact Kriket Broadhurst on 01248 812063. There will also be the opportunity on the day of the event to make a lantern at Kriket's jewellery studio on Church Street. Kriket will also be visiting local schools to do workshops with the children there. Prizes will be awarded for the best lantern as well as best fancy dress. So let's brighten things up this year and come along with the children dressed up (in any fancy dress, no theme) and lighting the way with their homemade lantern and join the parade. The parade will start at 6:00pm from the seafront side of the Bulkeley Hotel, making it's way to Castle Street and up to White Lion Square.
